Yes — every new owner gets a 14-day free trial with full dashboard access. No credit card required upfront. You'll see in-app reminders to add a payment method as the trial winds down, but you can take the full 14 days to evaluate before deciding.
You're month-to-month with no minimums and no contracts. Cancel anytime — failed or cancelled accounts auto-lock through Stripe, no hand-managed collections. If you cancel, we'll provide a data export so you never lose your historical analytics.
Single-location owners often benefit the most. You don't have a corporate analytics team — this is your analytics team, on a flat monthly subscription. It replaces 10–16 hours per week of manual reporting.
Typically less than a week. We connect to your spa management software, backfill your historical data, configure your locations, and walk you through a 30-minute training session — all included at no extra cost.
Your data is stored in Google Cloud Platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Each location's data is fully isolated. We never sell or share your business data.
We maintain the integration full-time. API changes are handled on our end — you'll never notice. This is one of the advantages of a managed platform vs. building in-house.

It queries your actual data in real time and responds with insights, tables, and recommendations. Both Standard and Premium plans include unlimited access.

Premium adds a hands-on partnership: each month you receive a written strategic briefing on what's working, what's at risk, and what to focus on, plus an optional 30-min call to discuss it. You also get a quarterly business review and direct async access for questions in between.
There's no card required to start. You get 14 days of full access to evaluate the platform on your real data. Whenever you're ready, add a payment method through the billing portal — your first charge runs at that point, and recurring charges anchor to that date going forward. If you reach the end of the 14 days without adding a card, your account is paused (not charged) until you add one.
